We have many selections to choose from and we are always coming up with
new combinations, so just ask if there is something in particular that you would like.
Buttercream
A cake icing that can be flavoured with almost anything. Our buttercream is tasty and flavourful, complimenting any cake.
Fondant
A type of icing. Fondant is rolled out like a dough and laid over the cake. It provides a satin finish and can be used to make many decorative elements that simply cannot be achieved with buttercream icing.
Ganache
A rich chocolate icing traditionally made with heavy cream and chocolate. Think fudge, but not quite as hard. Ganache can be used as a filling or for true chocoholics can be used to coat the outside of the cake.

Flavoured syrups can be added to any cake flavour to add even more interest
Almost all filling flavours can be made as a mousse or as a buttercream
Optional Extras may be added to a filling (for example, vanilla mousse with fresh fruit, or filling with fruit purees, or custard with fruit)
